These Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the text message (SMS and MMS) marketing program offered by In Bloom Realty Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By enrolling in our messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (for example, reminders, special offers, or updates) from ADD YOUR BRAND NAME / DBA, a brand owned and operated by In Bloom Realty Group LLC.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided when signing up or any number you designate.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

2. Cancellation
You can opt out of our messaging program at any time. To stop receiving messages, text one of the following keywords:
STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After sending your opt-out message, you will receive one final confirmation text verifying that you have been unsubscribed.
Please note:
Our system may not recognize unsubscribe requests that don’t include one of the above exact keywords. Launch Control and its service providers are not liable for failure to honor such unrecognized requests.
